- Lead and mentor a team of back-end and front-end engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering team growth - Collaborate closely with designers, and cross-functional teams to create seamless and efficient solutions - Design and develop backend services using modern technologies, focusing on scalability, performance, and security - Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring smooth integration with frontend applications - Take ownership of database design, optimization, and management, ensuring high availability and reliability - Conduct code reviews, debugging, and testing to maintain high-quality standards - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, driving continuous improvement in the team’s development processes - Optimize backend systems for speed, scalability, and reliability - Provide technical leadership and guidance on architecture, design patterns, and development workflows - Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver seamless user experiences

- Strong expertise in backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js and related frameworks - Proficiency in databases (SQL and NoSQL), including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL - Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and familiarity with frontend frameworks like React.js or Vue.js - Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker - Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
