- Lead and manage product teams responsible for all digital channels and related services - Define the overall digital product strategy, roadmap, and user experience across web, mobile apps, payments, and growth initiatives - Drive digital transformation efforts to increase customer engagement and online transaction volume - Scale digital platforms and ensure high performance of digital products - Oversee product development processes for mobile and web platforms - Manage cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Management with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on digital products (web/mobile apps) in FinTech or banking - Strong expertise in UX/UI, digital payments, and growth marketing - Proven ability to scale digital platforms and lead diverse product teams
