Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Development
- Lead the development of consumer-centric marketing campaigns for smoke-free products in the Armenian market.
- Adapt and localize global brand positioning to ensure cultural relevance and local market resonance
- Brand Launch & Awareness
- Oversee the full lifecycle of new product and brand launches, including planning, positioning, and go-to-market execution
- Build brand equity through impactful storytelling, consistent messaging, and targeted communications
- Campaign Execution & Management
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Lead experiential marketing activities and brand events that enhance consumer connection
- Budgeting & KPI Setting
- Own the development and monitoring of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Use insights to refine strategies and maximize impact
- Cross-functional & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with commercial, sales, digital, legal, and external agency partners to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives
- Serve as a key point of contact for cross-departmental coordination related to brand and campaign activities
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign and brand performance data to draw actionable insights
- Develop regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 4–5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within the creative and marketing angencies, consumer electronics, or lifestyle sectors
- Languages: Fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian (spoken and written)
- Technical Competencies
- Strong background in marketing campaigns, brand building, and brand launches
- Experience with result-driven campaigns, event management, and consumer engagement
- Solid understanding of marketing budgeting, KPI setting, and ROI analysis
- Skilled in presentation development, stakeholder communication, and business storytelling
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with CRM, data analytics, and digital tools is an advantage
