- Leading a big team of Product Specialists - Realizing competitor analysis, paying attention to what the competitors do - Do research and create a strategy for each product in each geo - Develop the products and their features by using all the in-house technologies - Perform retrospective analysis and improve the product operations - Coordinate and deliver various product-related tasks - Prepare required reports and analyses for the top management and the company owners

- Proven knowledge/experience in Product Management - Experience in playing Poker, Belote, and Backgammon - Ability to come up with ideas/concepts and suggestions/improvements and follow these through to implementation - Time management, project management, communication, and negotiation skills - High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment - Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English (C1 or higher) - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
