Marketing Engagement & Activation Specialist

Execute and manage marketing engagement and activation initiatives according to project plans Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Legal, CA&C, Procurement, etc.) to ensure timely approvals and alignment Manage third-party briefings and oversee field execution, monitoring standards and collecting feedback Provide necessary marketing materials and incentives, ensuring availability and timely delivery Prepare regular updates, mid-project reviews, and final reports for all stakeholders Support the selection of strategic locations and platforms for brand visibility Lead ad-hoc marketing activations in response to evolving business needs

Experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role Strong organizational abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Familiarity with corporate compliance processes and local regulations is a plus
