Deputy Head of Internal Audit in Gaming

- Assist the Head of Internal Audit in developing and executing the internal audit strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices - Lead and manage audit engagements related to financial, operational, and compliance risks specific to the gaming sector - Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and corporate governance frameworks - Identify weaknesses in business processes and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks - Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and the Audit Committee - Oversee the audit team, providing mentorship, training, and support to ensure high performance - Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes in the gaming industry and ensure the organization remains compliant - Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections - Support fraud investigations and provide insights on potential financial and operational risks - Promote a culture of ethical business practices and strong internal controls across the organization

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus - 7+ years of experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk management, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry - Strong understanding of Casino and Sportsbook products, customer behavior and industry trends - Strong knowledge of gaming regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) laws, and financial compliance standards - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Ability to lead a team, manage multiple audits, and work under pressure - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders - Experience with audit software and data analytics tools is an advantage
