Responsibilities
- Handle tickets in Jira IT Service Desk properly and on time
- Address technical and software problems of the staff within the scope of authorities
- Analyze and evaluate Jira IT Service Desk tickets and where necessary forward them to appropriate IT specialists
- Instruct the staff on usage of Jira IT Service Desk and other IT systems
Required Qualifications
- University degree in computer science
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Experience in addressing software and hardware problems
- Good Windows user
- Good Mac user
- Fluency in Armenian and Russian; good knowledge of English
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and quick response to changing circumstances
- Ability to make decisions quickly and autonomously
- Team player
- Commitment to work and strong sense of responsibility
- Troubleshooting skills
