Responsibilities
- Support the Head of HR in planning, developing, and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee and improve recruitment processes: workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Lead HR administration activities, including personnel records management, contracts, compliance, and employee documentation
- Supervise and mentor HR team members, ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards
- Participate in policy development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Monitor key HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management
- Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related issues
- Assist in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 5+ years of professional HR experience with a strong focus on both recruitment and HR administration
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor law, and HR systems
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience in fast-paced or growing organizations is a plus
