- Clearly describe, assign, and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food & beverage positions - Manage Inventory & Order Supplies - Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals - Monitor restaurant performance metrics including guest satisfaction, food quality, labor costs, and inventory levels - Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards - Manage cash flow, payroll, and banking procedures - Monitor restaurant finances, including sales and expenses - Control costs and minimize waste

- At least 4 years of experience in a restaurant management or similar leadership role - Strong understanding of restaurant operations, P&L statements, food and labor costs - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems, inventory tools) - Financial planning and budgeting skills - Leadership and organizational abilities - Customer-obsessed thinking - Detailed-oriented skills
