Marketing Specialist (Spirits Industry)

- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for both new and existing products in the spirits portfolio - Work closely with the creative and product teams to ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand identity and target audience - Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising - Collaborate with sales teams to understand market trends and consumer behavior, tailoring marketing efforts accordingly - Organize events, tastings, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to adjust and improve future strategies - Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the spirits industry - Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the spirits or beverage industry - Strong understanding of the unique marketing challenges and opportunities in the spirits sector - Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels - Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box while maintaining brand consistency - Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment [- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance standards within the alcohol industry is a plus
