Strategic Marketing Specialist

- Monitor marketing inquiries according to the company’s needs - Take appropriate actions for each inquiry received from internal teams and partners - Recommend actions based on data to improve key performance indicators - Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analyze results for future marketing needs - Perform product analysis to identify the unique selling proposition (USP) of the brand now and in the future - Review market needs and trends to integrate them into the company’s product development strategy - Conduct competitive analysis - Prepare briefs for integrating product features and manage the process after completion - Generate reports on the effectiveness of each activation/campaign

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Business, or related fields - Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, brand management, project management, or marketing analytics - Proficient skills in Excel and Google Sheets - Experience participating in cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively with diverse teams - Ability to prepare analytical reports and presentations (PowerPoint or Keynote) - Excellent command of Armenian and Russian; English proficiency is a plus - Tactical and analytical thinking - Initiative, high responsibility, and result-oriented mindset - Ability to quickly adapt in a changing environment - Strong communication skills within a team - Willingness to learn and grow
