- Lead and mentor the Technical Operations & Building Support team, ensuring high performance and accountability - Design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient computer systems, servers, and networks - Oversee the troubleshooting of complex hardware, software, and network issues, escalating as necessary - Act as the main technical liaison with external client IT teams, ensuring smooth coordination and operational alignment - Develop and enforce IT best practices, policies, and protocols for infrastructure security, data integrity, and business continuity - Ensure full readiness and availability of IT systems to support operations, including emergency incident management - Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance to identify areas for improvement and innovation

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support - Proven leadership experience in managing IT teams in high-availability environments - In-depth knowledge of network systems, server administration, cybersecurity principles, and disaster recovery - Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills - Fluent in English; Russian proficiency is an asset
