- Lead, mentor, and manage the in-house marketing team to ensure effective execution of campaigns and initiatives - Collaborate with the outsourced marketing team to align efforts and share best practices - Marketing Strategy and Execution - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company’s growth. - Build and oversee marketing campaigns to promote Team2B's services, ensuring alignment with business objectives - Coordinate with internal teams to integrate marketing efforts across departments - Represent the company in networking events, industry conferences, and meetings to establish partnerships and attract new clients - Collaborate with the business development team to identify and secure clients for marketing services and other consulting offerings - Performance Analysis - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance - Prepare reports and presentations on marketing activities and outcomes for the executive team

- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing leadership roles, preferably in consulting or service-based industries - Strong understanding of digital marketing, SMM, and branding strategies Exceptional leadership and team management skills - Experience in client acquisition and networking with a track record of building successful partnerships - Data-driven approach to decision-making with proficiency in marketing analytics tools - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Armenian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
