Responsibilities
- Answer the phone calls of the Card Operation Service Desk and respond to the applications/requests addressed to the team
- Provide support to employees of the Bank within the scope of his/her professional competencies and authorities
- Analyze and assess the applications addressed to the team and forward them, if necessary
- Prepare regular reports on the works done
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- Work experience of 1 year in finance or banking
- Knowledge of web-related programs
- Good Windows user
- Knowledge of JIRA and AS Bank is desirable
- Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian and English
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and quick response to changing circumstances
- Ability to make decisions quickly and autonomously
- Team player
- Commitment to work and sense of responsibility
