Responsibilities
- Present the project and investment opportunities
- Conduct active sales processes, including client acquisition, consulting, contract negotiations, and deal closing support Provide detailed presentations of investment offers and return calculations to potential buyers
- Build trusted relationships with clients by delivering high-quality service
- Coordinate with construction, legal, and financial departments to provide comprehensive information to clients Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and online webinars
- Maintain the client database and regularly update it in the CRM system
- Provide reports and statistics
Required Qualifications
- Higher education (preferably in Economics, Business Management, or a related field)
- At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in real estate sales or investment services
- Basic knowledge of investment and finance: returns, leasing, and asset management •
- Strong communication and sales skills, confidence, and ability to negotiate •
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- High sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, and a results-oriented approach
