- Conduct negotiations with partners (via phone/email) - Develop optimal cargo transportation schemes, considering deadlines and costs - Ensure the most advantageous transportation conditions - Register orders in the CRM system - Organize seamless loading and unloading of goods - Monitor order progress and oversee the process at all stages - Resolve disputes between customers and transport companies

- Higher education - Fluency in Armenian - Conversational proficiency in English, Russian - Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs - Teamwork skills - Stress resistance - Strong interpersonal and networking skills - Detail-oriented, well-organized and multitasking abilities
