Financial Analyst

- Implement preventive budget control measures and ensure accurate financial documentation - Maintain records of internal requests, advance payments, invoices, and contract databases - Ensure proper allocation of non-budgeted expenses in compliance with financial policies - Conduct budget variance analysis and generate reports in various formats and periodicities - Perform financial analysis of marketing actions to assess cost efficiency - Verify that purchase requests are backed by appropriate documentation as per budget control policie - Audit expenses to ensure compliance with budgeting policies and procedures - Assist in budgeting and investment planning processes

- Higher education in Finance or Economics - Prior work experience considered an advantage - Basic knowledge of Accounting principles - Familiarity with IFRS and RA Tax Legislation considered an advantage - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ArmSoft - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent reporting and communication skills - High level of attention to detail - Fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English
