Automated Quality Assurance Engineer

- Design and implement robust automated test frameworks - Conduct thorough manual testing where automation doesn’t reach - Work with developers to understand the system inside-out - Own test coverage for complex workflows, APIs, and edge cases - Document testing strategies, edge scenarios, and system behaviors - Advocate for quality across the stack — backend, frontend, and integrations - Set up CI pipelines, test environments, and test data - Help define and shape our quality strategy as we scale

- Strong coding skills — Python and JavaScript are required. - Deep understanding of testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Playwright, Cypress, etc.) - Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) - Solid grasp of version control, debugging, and logs analysis - Ability to read and review code like a developer - Attention to detail, curiosity, and a relentless attitude toward edge cases - Experience testing complex systems, not just UI - Excellent written communication for test documentation
