Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive media and communication strategy aligned with Company’s goals
- Manage ATL, BTL, digital advertisement streams
- Plan and manage effectively the annual budget of the department.
- Work closely with analytical team to research market and customer data
- Cooperate with marketing and media agencies
- Manage media/advertising launches of new products and services
- Ensure top-notch content for websites, social media, publications, newsletters and campaigns
- Keep updated with changes and trends in market and competitive field
- Monitor the entire process of campaigns (creative process) from content creation to final production
- Ensure qualitative compliance of graphic and digital advertising materials with brand guidelines
- Confirm and control the conformity of visual and textual content to strategic guidelines
Required Qualifications
-bUniversity degree in marketing, media or business administration
- At least 5 years of working experience in media and communications
- 3 + years in managerial role
- Knowledge of digital media
- Hands-on experience in developing business strategy for digital media
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Experience in negotiating and managing partnerships with content providers
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to set priorities and take effective decisions
- Excellent knowledge of the Armenian, English and Russian languages
