Responsibilities
- Identify & research key contacts at target advertising agencies
- Execute strategic outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls, creative methods)
- Articulate Arevera's unique value proposition and impactful results
- Secure & conduct introductory meetings with prospects
- Collaborate directly with the Managing Director on key meetings
- Develop innovative outreach strategies, actively leveraging AI and automation tools
- Maintain meticulous records in a CRM system
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of proven Business Development or Sales experience with success in prospecting & setting meetings
- Essential proficiency with CRM systems
- Strong experience with, or a keen aptitude for, using AI and automation tools to enhance business development processes is critical
- Excellent English communication skills
- Skilled relationship-builder who genuinely enjoys networking
- Resourceful, creative, and strategic thinker
- Passionate, driven, with a strong work ethic for a fast-paced environment
- Advertising/production industry experience is a plus, but not required
