- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources to prepare for reporting and analysis - Support and monitor existing metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop new key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business and product goals - Create data visualizations and reports that effectively communicate insights to business and product teams, ensuring they are actionable and easily understood - Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for product growth, detect limitations, and propose optimizations - Investigate and explain anomalies or sudden changes in user behavior or other key indicators, providing data-backed recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with data engineers and product managers to define data needs and KPIs - Generate hypotheses, conduct research, and present findings in a compelling and clear manner, emphasizing the significance of insights and how they can drive business decisions

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar data-driven role - Proficiency in SQL and relational databases, with the ability to manipulate and query large datasets efficiently - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create actionable insights and reports - Strong quantitative skills, with a structured and methodical approach to problem-solving and data analysis - Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve product performance - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or higher), with the ability to convey complex data insights in an understandable way
