- Research the market and identify potential partners and clients - Present the company’s rental services and offer customized solutions based on venue dimensions, event format, and technical requirements - Manage the full sales cycle using the PipeDrive CRM system - Collaborate with project managers, service, marketing, and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services - Analyze sales results and prepare quarterly and project-specific reports - Take the lead in organizing major projects—from preparation to execution—coordinating the full organizational process

- Higher education, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Familiarity with general event management processes - Excellent written and verbal Armenian; working proficiency in Russian and English - Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, leadership qualities, and effective communication
