- Supervise the gaming floor and ensure games are run according to company standards - Support and coordinate with shift managers for smooth operations - Monitor dealer and shuffler performance, providing feedback and guidance when needed - Ensure compliance with all company rules, regulations, and safety measures - Participate in training and mentoring new team members - Cooperate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably as Pit Boss or Shift Supervisor) - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Good communication and problem-solving skills - Team player with a positive, non-confrontational attitude - B2 level English (oral and written communication)
