- Budget Preparation and Monitoring: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets in collaboration with project managers and cost engineering teams - Plan-Fact Analysis: Conduct budget vs. actual analysis, identifying trends and discrepancies for financial optimization - Financial Reporting: Prepare and update budget reports, forecasts, and financial models for project stakeholders - Data Management: Maintain and ensure accuracy in financial records, budget updates, and expenditure tracking - Risk and Compliance: Identify budget risks, suggest mitigation strategies, and ensure financial compliance - Departmental Support: Review and approve project-related expenses within budget guidelines

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in project budgeting, cost control, or financial planning - Strong knowledge of budget forecasting, financial reporting, and risk assessment - Experience with financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle) - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets - Familiarity with construction or project-driven industries is a plus
