Event Marketing Specialist

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support trade show participation - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution - Collaborate with external vendors, designers, and partners for booth setup and promotional materials - Develop marketing collateral, press releases, blog posts, and promotional content - Work with the design team to create compelling visual assets, banners, and presentations - Develop video and multimedia content to enhance booth engagement - Assist in administrative execution of the project management for trade show marketing - Oversee materials management for trade shows - Ensure timely and efficient execution of all event-related activities

- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, event marketing, or trade show marketing - Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field - Strong project management and organizational skills - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. - Creative mindset with strong attention to detail - Experience in B2B marketing is a plus - Ability to travel to the International expos is required - Familiarity with agile methodologies and Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence) - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English, Russian, and Armenian)
