Senior Financial Reporting Specialist

- Develop and implement financial reporting policies and procedures - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards and internal requirements - Leads the preparation of consolidated financial statements, segment and product profitability reports - Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data - Collaborate with accounting/finance, business and other relevant teams to streamline reporting processes - Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis - Provide financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency - Act as a subject matter expert, provide guidance to team members on financial reporting standards and best practices

- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA or equivalent certification preferred) - 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting and reporting standards - Advanced data analysis and visualization skills (Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, Google Sheets, Power Point) - Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills - Ability to present financial results and insights to non-financial audiences - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Flexibility, ability to learn new concepts quickly - Attention to details, ability to work independently, build relationships across departments and meet tight deadlines
