Corporate Client Service Specialist

- Provide information on insurance services and ensure high-quality service for corporate clients, understand their insurance needs, and offer professional advice - Respond to customer inquiries quickly and effectively, collaborating with relevant departments when necessary - Supplement, expand, and offer new insurance products to existing clients - Hold regular meetings with corporate clients - Contribute to increasing client satisfaction and engagement, conduct contract renewals, provide relevant reports, and analyze current contracts and coverage - Inform clients, as needed, about changes in insurance services - Execute any other current instructions from management

- At least 2 years of work experience - Proficiency in Russian and English - Stress-resilience and strong interpersonal skills - Strong communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office suite - Ability to work effectively in a team - A high sense of responsibility
