Responsibilities
- Provide customer support over the phone
- Identify the needs of current and potential clients and advise them accordingly
- Introduce client to the relevant services of the bank clearly and in detail
- Promote the sales of Bank services and product
- Have a good knowledge of terms of each product
- Have a good knowledge of all banking operations
- Regulate customer account queries
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Technical or Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
- Relevant experience is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Sales skills
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to identify, anticipate and respond effectively to customer requirements
- Ability to understand banking operations, related policies and procedures
- Ability to understand and present each type of product terms
- Knowledge of AS-Bank
