- Research and analyze the market, competitors, and consumer behavior to develop effective strategies that align with business goals - Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), ensuring it resonates with the target audience - Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality posts, articles, videos, infographics, and other content formats - Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive community engagement - Track and report on key social media metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all brand communications

- At least 3 years of proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns - Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and eCommerce trends - Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content - Ability to develop and execute social media strategies that meet business objectives and drive engagement - Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team - Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns - Experience with AI tools and platforms - Familiarity with personal branding strategies and content creation for online presence building - Knowledge of digital marketing trends and practices will be considered a plus
