Marketing Specialist

Golden Palace Hotel Yerevan

- Lead and oversee all marketing campaigns for the hotel and its outlets (spa, café, restaurant) - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies - Ensure the company communicates the right messaging to target audiences - Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies to maximize effectiveness - Conduct thorough analyses of market trends and prepare forecasts to inform decision-making - Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement - Plan and coordinate shoots to capture compelling images of the hotel's facilities, amenities, and guest experiences - Create engaging video content, including reels, promotional videos - Develop content for various marketing channels, including website pages, social media captions, and email newsletters

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field - Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English - Knowledge of PS and AI is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns - Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills - Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
