- Be professional, punctual and courteous at all times - Welcome passengers on board and direct them to their seats - Inform passengers of the aircraft about safety procedures - Reassure passengers and ensure they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations - Give first aid where necessary - Ensure passengers disembark safely at the end of a flight - Complete paperwork, including writing a flight report

- At least secondary education, higher education will be a plus - Good health condition - Good knowledge of English, Russian, Armenian - Stress-resistant - Good communication skills, team-player, client oriented, positive attitude - To be open to new knowledge and trainings - Having a flight attendant certificate and work experience will be considered an advantage
