Be professional, punctual and courteous at all times Welcome passengers on board and direct them to their seats Inform passengers of the aircraft about safety procedures; Reassure passengers and ensure they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations Give first aid where necessary Ensure passengers disembark safely at the end of a flight Complete paperwork, including writing a flight report

At least secondary education, higher education will be a plus Good health condition Good knowledge of English, Russian, Armenian Stress-resistant Good communication skills, team-player, client oriented, positive attitude To be open to new knowledge and trainings Having a flight attendant certificate and work experience will be considered an advantage
