Video Surveillance Specialist (mixed shifts)

- Conduct keyword research to identify valuable opportunities for organic traffic growth - Optimize website content, headings, URLs and internal linking structures - Perform on-page optimization tasks, such as optimizing page titles, meta descriptions and image alt tags - Collaborate with the content team to develop effective content strategies - Analyze website performance usage, providing regular reports and insights to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms, ensuring compliance with the latest SEO guidelines - Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends - Assist in the development and implementation of link building strategies to improve website authority and rankings

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field - At least 2 years of experience in SEO practices - Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors - Familiarity with SEO tools - Knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization techniques - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and website structures is a plus - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Strong time management and prioritization skills - Ability to work in a team and fast paced environment
