Financial Manager

- Supervise finance and accounting team and function - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting - Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts - Control Company’s expenses and investments - Develop and document business processes in finance and accounting to maintain and strengthen internal controls - Implement different efficiency measurement tools and processes for Company’s activities - Manage accounting operations, bookkeeping, and payroll of the Company - Monitor contracts with partners and track receivables on a regular basis - Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing procedures - Advise and support Management and PMs on financial decision making - Sign off contract from a financial perspective - Assist on external audits

- Higher education in Economics or Finance - ACCA qualification will be an asset - At least 2 years of professional experience (experience in a managerial position is desirable) - Knowledge of the tax legislation, relevant normative acts, and specifications for IT sector - Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards - Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages - Experience with QuickBooks will be an asset
