- Design Visuals: As a Graphic Designer, your role is to create visual designs that reflect our brand identity and effectively convey our messages to our audience. This includes developing graphics, illustrations, logos, and layouts tailored for various platforms such as websites, social media, and print materials - Maintain Brand Consistency: Your responsibility involves upholding the coherence of our brand standards across all design projects. This means understanding our brand guidelines and ensuring that all designs adhere to these standards - Stay Updated on Trends: Keeping abreast of the latest design trends and techniques is essential for injecting freshness and engagement into our designs, ensuring they resonate with our audience - Collaborate with Teams: You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Marketing and Product - Development to understand their design needs and develop compelling visual solutions aligned with their goals - Manage Multiple Projects: Handling several design projects simultaneously, you'll ensure their timely completion within allocated budgets - Ensure Design Quality: It's vital to ensure the quality of all design work, involving thorough proofreading, reviewing, and testing to ensure error-free deliverables that meet our brand standards

- Experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field - Proficiency in English - Familiarity with Motion Design (preferred) - Understanding of UI/UX principles (beneficial) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
