Senior UX/UI Designer

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback for iterative improvements - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables - Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the company

- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity or tech industry - Experience working with Design Systems - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Figma - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects and your design process - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
