Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of corporate events for the bank, including but not limited to employee appreciation events, town hall meetings, team-building activities, and milestone celebrations - Develop and implement cultural development initiatives aimed at promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement within the bank. Organize cultural awareness events, workshops, and training sessions to foster a sense of belonging and respect among employees from diverse backgrounds - Develop multimedia content, including videos, reels, montages, advertisements, and PR materials, to support the bank's marketing and PR efforts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging and impactful content that aligns with the bank's brand identity and messaging - Oversee the bank's benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee perks. Ensure that benefits are effectively communicated to employees and assist with any inquiries or issues related to benefits administration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Linguistics - Proven experience (3-4 years) in event planning and management, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment - Strong communication skills in Armenian, both written and verbal - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
