Language On

- Develop and deliver effective General English lessons, incorporating a variety of teaching methods and materials to suit different levels of English language proficiency - Assess students' current English language proficiency and identify areas for improvement - Design individualized study plans based on students' strengths, weaknesses, and target band scores - Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure continuous improvement - Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and learning outcomes

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students from diverse cultural backgrounds - Patience, adaptability, and the ability to motivate and inspire students - Organizational skills and attention to detail
