- Understand the project scope, schedule, and deliverables; and working closely with internal departments to cognize their needs and expectations - End-to-end program management – project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure - Design and develop solutions for Accounting, Financial Planning, Operations Finance, Fixed Assets, Project Financials, and Sales Order Management - Lead implementation efforts to scale 1C and Financial Accounting application suite globally - Perform quality control, assurance, and testing on the applications responsible for - Troubleshoot reported issues and work with peers and business stakeholders to identify root causes - Participate actively and collaborate within the IT team, provide feedback on current day-to-day activities, and recommend improvements - Work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, product marketing, growth, and support teams to perform UX research, design exploration, usability testing, build POCs, and launch commercially available products - Brainstorm on new & spirited solutions based on user & market analyses - Translate complex requirements into effective user stories. Define epics and user stories for quarterly/annual roadmap planning and align initiatives with appropriate stakeholders to meet business goals

- Degree in Accounting or Finance Management Information Systems or Engineering, or any related field, with at least 3+ years of work experience, including a minimum of 2+ years in a project management role - Fintech experience and working with Fintech tools are necessary - Knowledge of 1C, ArmSoft and other accounting programs is a plus - Hands-on experience in managing projects such as the implementation of 1C, ERP or similar migration projects - Knowledge or exposure to cloud infrastructure and migration and integration with various software solutions - Knowledge or hands-on experience with business process mapping, project planning, execution and control - Experience developing metal index pricing solutions
