Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer support requests via various channels, including mail, chat, and ticketing systems - Identify, prioritize, and escalate customer issues related to the betting industry to relevant departments or senior team members - Proactively follow up with customers to ensure the complete resolution of inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information - Evaluate and analyze customer requests, handling needs, and complaints specific to the betting industry - Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, ensuring timely resolution - Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain organized documentation - Follow standard processes, procedures, and regulations tailored to the betting industry - Stay current with betting industry products, services, changes, and updates to deliver exceptional service and accurate information to customers
Required Qualifications
- Good English and Russian communication skills - 1.5 year+ of solid Customer Support experience in Online Betting platform - Knowledgeable in Online betting rules specifically in Sports book & Table Games - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in work approach - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details - Able to work on shifting schedule
