- work in an Agile, collaborative environment to design, code, test, and debug innovative applications and support those applications in a timely manner - ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications - understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements - partnering with cross-functional peers (PM, QA, Backend Engineering) and taking complex technical terms, converting them into clean and secure code

- have 5+ years of experience with web development - strong expertise in Python programming language for web development applications - have good experience with Flask - a knowledge of database systems like MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval - familiarity with web scraping libraries like Beautiful Soup 4 for data extraction from websites - experience with websockets for real-time communication in web applications - experience with Docker for containerization and deployment of Python applications - have extensive knowledge of the latest technology trends - should be able to create complex algorithms and prevent issues before they happen
