Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Manage the day-to-day operations of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and tasks. Collaborate with content, creative, and digital teams to develop compelling campaign assets. Work closely with third-party vendors, influencers, and partners to support campaign execution. Track campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as engagement, conversion, and ROI. Create reports and provide insights to leadership on campaign effectiveness and opportunities for improvement. Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and resource allocations. Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all campaign elements and touchpoints. Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Other duties as assigned

3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within retail, eCommerce, or digital marketing sectors. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages, Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, customer acquisition strategies, and sales funnels. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage stakeholder expectations. Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive campaigns to success.
