- Working in partnership with the S-GA and ED, create the strategic five-year plan and implement new processes and approaches to achieve it. - Serve as the internal leader of the organization to ensure effective and efficient functioning of the organization overall, including but not limited to programs and human resources. - Regularly check for the RA state standards and regulatory updates, as well as industry standards, to ensure programs’ compliance; update internal policies and procedures accordingly. - Maintain and develop program partnerships, increase key impact measurements for active programs.

- Education: MBA (Master of Business Administration), MPA (Master of Public Affairs) or MSSM (Master of Science or Strategic Management) or similar advanced degree required. - 5-10 years of management experience of 20+ employees, human resources, and talent management with a nonprofit or for-profit organization. Experience in working with various NGOs, RA state bodies - Strong leadership skills, high moral, and ethical values; problem solving, conflict resolution, analytical thinking, and project management. - Results-proven track record of exceeding goals; high level of business acumen including successful P&L management; the ability to balance the delivery of programs on a budget. - Effective verbal and written communication, advanced conduct of Armenian and English required.
