- Accurately annotate and label various types of data, such as text, images, audio, or video, according to established guidelines and standards.Ensure high-quality and consistent annotations to support the training and validation of machine learning models - Conduct thorough quality checks on annotated data to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies - Collaborate with team members to maintain and improve annotation quality standards.Collaboration - Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other team members to understand project requirements and annotation needs - Provide feedback on annotation guidelines and contribute to the improvement of data labeling processes - Maintain detailed records of annotated data, including any modifications or updates, to support future reference and analysis - Document and report any issues or challenges encountered during the annotation process - Quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and annotation methodologies as the project demands evolve - Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data annotation - Handle sensitive and confidential data with the utmost care, adhering to security and privacy protocols - Comply with data protection regulations and company policies - Effectively communicate with team members and project stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and requirements - Provide regular updates on progress and escalate any issues or challenges as needed

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working on repetitive tasks - Basic computer literacy - Familiarity with data annotation tools and platforms is a plus - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment - Basic understanding of machine learning concepts is desirable but not mandatory
