- Develop and create high-quality 3D models based on concepts, sketches, and technical specifications. - Model various assets, including characters, products, environments, and props, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. - Apply textures, shaders, and materials to 3D models to achieve realistic or stylized looks as required by the project. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive 3D assets library, ensuring that all models, textures, and materials are well-organised and easily accessible. - Present 3D designs and concepts in a clear and professional manner. - Regularly update the assets library with new models and textures to support ongoing and future projects. - Implement best practices for file management and documentation within the assets library. - Work closely with other members of the design team, including graphic designers and animators to ensure cohesive visual storytelling. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on visual concepts and design strategies.

- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling 3D designs. - Keen eye for detail, colour, composition, and form - Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality - Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities - Eagerness to learn new tools and techniques as needed - Be flexible and willing to work outside of regular business hours if needed to accommodate urgent project needs
