- Lead the design and implementation of core systems in our mobile games, ensuring smooth, performant experiences for players - Collaborate with game designers, artists, and other engineers to bring innovative features to life - Set standards for code quality, architecture, and performance; review and mentor other developers - Push boundaries of Java-based UIs, implement scalable frontend logic, and contribute to UI/UX tooling and pipelines - Analyze bottlenecks, propose improvements, and actively contribute to team architecture discussions

- 5+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 2 years focused on frontend or client-facing systems - Software architecture - Experience leading projects or mentoring junior developers - Strong grasp of performance optimization, debugging, and profiling techniques - Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines - Passion for creating exceptional user interfaces and a deep appreciation for player experience
