Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Analytical Proficiency: Expertise in HR analytics tools, data analysis, and reporting techniques - Technical Competence: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Armenian Software, and related software applications - Legal Acumen: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and practices, ensuring legal compliance in all HR processes - Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian languages, both verbal and oral communicatio - Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for conveying complex HR analytics findings in a comprehensible manner - Empathy & Approachability: A caring demeanor and approachability that make you the go-to person for all personnel queries - Collaborative Spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively, participating in HR events and engaging with colleagues to enhance team dynamics - Required candidate level: Mid lev
