- Identify customer needs and answer customer queries - Introduce the services provided by the company - Assist customers with creating virtual accounts with the company and making online purchases - Explain features, advantages and benefits of the services offered by the company - Accept cash and credit card payments made by customers - Conduct cross sales activities by offering alternative and supplementing products to customers based on customer needs - Assist customers to pick up their received orders - Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree - 1 year of related experience - Fluent in English, Russian and Armenian - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Friendly and engaging personality - Be comfortable working with customers - Be confident, helpful and polite - Be able to work as part of a team - Be creative and proactive in generating new ideas and initiatives for improvements - Be honest and hardworking - Knowledge of Internet Search Engines
