CRM Product Analyst

VTB Bank (Armenia)

- Writing SQL queries and client base analysis (for subsequent communications to the client) - Analysis of customer behavior - Testing and verification of product hypotheses - Automation and optimization of communication processes - Analysis of the effectiveness of communications - Preparation of analytical reports - Making conclusions based on the analysis

- 1-3 years of experience as a product or data analyst - Excellent knowledge of SQL (is a must) - Advanced knowledge of Excel (complex formulas, knowledge of power query will be a plus) - Understanding the principles of database operation (ETL), the ability to optimize SQL queries - Fluent Armenian, Russian or English languages - Strong desire to learn - Ability to work with Big Data - Multitasking - Strong communication skills - Structural and analytical thinking - Knowledge of the main Python libraries for data analysis (will be a plus) - Knowledge of finance, banking products (will be a plus)
