PR Officer

- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of TUMO - Monitor media coverage and conduct regular analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of PR efforts, as well as manage media relations - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and promote newsworthy stories, events, and achievements - Organize and coordinate press conferences, media interviews, and other PR events - Assist in crisis communication management and develop strategies to mitigate potential reputational risks - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and developments related to education, technology, and youth culture - Support marketing initiatives by providing PR expertise and content creation for promotional materials - Closely collaborate with communications and events teams, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Measure and report on the success of PR campaigns and initiatives to upper management

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field - Proven work experience as a PR Specialist or similar role - Strong understanding of PR principles, practices, and techniques - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and English (additional languages are a plus) - Experience in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and influencers - Proficient in using PR and media monitoring tools - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge in the fields of education and technology is highly desirable - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
