- Prepare/upgrade training content as per the training objectives
- Conduct training sessions - virtual or in-person
- Observe and evaluate performance of the participants
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of working experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and/or Adobe XD, including component structure, prototyping tools
- Creative mindset and good communication skills
